Associate Attorney - Workers' Compensation Defense

This is a full-time position for a Worker's Compensation Attorney at Summers, McDonnell, Hudock, Guthrie & Rauch PC. The Attorney will be primarily responsible for defending Worker's Compensation claims, from initial investigation/filings through decision and the appellate process. Salary position, with benefits.
