Program ManagerThe Program Manager is responsible for leading complex, enterprise-wide technology and process improvement projects that enable strategic business and digital objectives.Operating in a matrixed environment, the Senior Program Manager ensures alignment between IT strategy, operational excellence priorities, technical execution, and business outcomes while managing interdependencies, risks, governance, and financial performance across multiple projects. This role partners closely with IT leadership, architecture, engineering, cybersecurity, infrastructure, and business stakeholders to deliver large-scale, high-visibility initiatives.Please note this is a hybrid opportunity (3 days in office & 2 days WFH). This position can be based in Secaucus, NJ or Schaumburg, IL.Pay Range: $150,000 - $160,000 / yearSalary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, certifications obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered.
