Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for an Aflac Benefits Advisor based in Puyallup, WA, with flexibility to work partially from home. The Benefits Advisor will identify prospective clients, build relationships with businesses, and assist in the implementation of tailored benefit packages. Responsibilities include educating employees about various insurance options, providing ongoing customer service, and partnering with employers to meet their workforce benefits needs. Advisors are also tasked with meeting sales goals and promoting Aflac’s products and services. Qualifications Experience with Employee Benefits and Insurance solutionsStrong Sales and Customer Service skills, with a focus on building relationshipsAbility to offer Training and clear communication strategies for client educationProven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environmentDemonstrated organizational and time management abilitiesPrevious experience in the insurance industry is a plusBachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferredLicensing in insurance (or willingness to obtain licensing upon hire) is required
