Accounting Manager

OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Accounting Manager with strong financial planning and analysis (FP&A) exposure to support financial operations and strategic decision-making. This role requires a hands-on professional who can manage accounting functions while contributing to budgeting, forecasting, and process improvements.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee day-to-day accounting operations and support the month-end close processPartner with finance leadership to assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planningBuild and maintain financial models, including consolidations and reporting toolsAnalyze financial results, identify variances, and provide actionable insightsCollaborate cross-functionally to ensure alignment between accounting and FP&APrepare reports and presentations for senior leadership (e.g., CFO/CEO)Drive process improvements, automation, and system enhancementsSupport development of KPIs, dashboards, and management reportingQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (required)4+ years of experience in accounting and/or FP&AAdvanced Excel skills (financial modeling, consolidations, macros)Experience with ERP systemsStrong understanding of accounting principles and financial statementsAbility to communicate financial information clearly to senior leadershipDetail-oriented with strong problem-solving and analytical skills
