Instructional Design & Implementation Manager – CTE Nursing ScienceThe Instructional Design & Implementation Manager (IDIM) – CTE Nursing Science leads the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of high-quality instructional materials, assessments, and professional learning to support strong student outcomes across IDEA Public Schools.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and refine standards-aligned curriculum materials, assessments, scaffolds, and implementation tools for Nursing Science programs.Lead professional development and coaching for teachers, instructional leaders, and regional coaches to ensure high-quality curriculum implementation.Analyze student achievement data and instructional trends to drive continuous improvement and close achievement gaps.Conduct campus visits and provide actionable feedback on instruction, curriculum implementation, and intervention practices.Partner with school and district leaders, vendors, and cross-functional teams to support curriculum rollout, instructional systems, and strategic academic initiatives.QualificationsBachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferredTexas educator certification requiredMinimum 5 years of teaching experience in a related content areaStrong background in curriculum design, instructional coaching, professional development, and data-driven instructionExperience improving student outcomes through high-quality instructional practices preferredAdditional DetailsFull-time Texas-based role; preference for candidates in Austin, El Paso, Houston, Midland/Odessa, Rio Grande Valley, San Antonio, or Fort Worth, or those willing to relocate.Up to 35% travel annually, with higher travel during training and curriculum launch periods.
