Internal Audit ConsultantLocation: New York (On-site)Duration: 3 months contractJob Description:The AML and Sanctions Compliance Audit Teams are currently facing a resource deficit that prevents timely completion of the audit plan. To address this, we are seeking a temporary consultant to provide support. These teams cover the highest regulatory risk areas, including BSA/AML and OFAC/Sanctions, which are subject to intense regulatory scrutiny and multiple annual reviews by regulators. With several exams in progress or upcoming, additional support is required to reduce the risk of falling behind schedule.What you’ll be doing:Execute audit coverage of AML and sanctions programs under Internal Audit leadershipDesign and perform audit tests and assigned audit workDeliver audit reports and feedback that are timely and accurateTrack, validate, and follow up on outstanding audit issuesWhat you’ll need:Bachelor’s degree or aboveAt least 3 years of relevant experience in auditing, compliance, or consultingCAMS or Audit certificationStrong knowledge of BSA, AML, and OFAC with excellent communication skillsApply now: Send your CV and cover letter to R.jacobie@hwthree.com
