No classroom management, no traditional instruction.If you believe kids can achieve extraordinary things and want to guide them beyond the limits of traditional education, apply now.What you will be doingInspire and mentor gifted learners to complete high school by 8th grade through personalized, accelerated learning pathwaysCoach students on life skills (resilience, grit, public speaking, focus) alongside academic goalsLeverage AI tools to track progress, tailor learning experiences, and personalize instructionMotivate students to advance in adaptive learning apps and achieve ambitious learning goalsCollaborate with a team reimagining education for high-achieving studentsCandidate requirementsWilling to work in-person in Austin (Georgetown), TXDemonstrated history of academic excellence (National Merit Scholar, academic Olympiads, prestigious scholarships, dual-enrollment, etc.)At least 3 years of experience mentoring, coaching, or teaching gifted and talented students or high-achieving youthDaily usage of generative AI tools in an educational context (personalizing lessons, creating assessments, adapting instruction)Excellent communication and public speaking skillsLegal right to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship
