AI / LLM Developer -MRM
12-18 Month contract
Charlotte NC (Hybrid - 3 days onsite)
$60+/hour W2; Not able to work C2C or 1099
*Open to fresh college grads with impressive academic record and very good internships/ projects
Required Skills:- MUST HAVE MRM (Model Risk Management)
1-2 years of experien ce - Hands on experience building RAG pipelines and agentic systems in production.
Practical experience finetuning LLMs or applying model adaptation techniques.
Experience with at least one LLM orchestration library (e.g., LangChain, LlamaIndex, or equivalent) and ability to explain deep implementation details.
Strong software engineering skills (Python preferred) and API design experience.
Ability to explain concrete projects: architecture, why tools chosen, dataset preparation, evaluation metrics, and deployment details.
