Portfolio Supervisor
Compensation: $90,000 - $115,000
Cambridge Real Estate Services is currently seeking a knowledgeable Portfolio Supervisor to become a part of the organization for our West Coast region. This is an in-office position with some travel required.
Summary
Provides general oversight responsibilities for a variety of residential multifamily property management functions including coordination and leadership of site-based staff activities, facilitation of site staffing, management company interaction, lender interaction, operational review, financial review, and property performance monitoring.
Duties
Supervise administrative, marketing, and maintenance staff
Monitor the condition of the property to provide proactive maintenance services
Supervise and coordinate vendors, including landscapers, turnover services, technicians
Oversee capital projects
Provide effective resident relations
Monitor and manage resident payment practices
Qualifications
The requirements listed below are representative, but not exclusive of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
B.S. degree in Business, Accounting, or a related field preferred
Established history of real estate management experience, or equivalent professional activities
Knowledge of property management laws for California; knowledge of Landlord-Tenant Laws; knowledge of Fair Housing Laws
Knowledge of and experience meeting various government affordable housing programs
Working knowledge of property management software program(s)
Ability to lead and work as a team member as needed.
Ability to travel regularly with some overnight travel expected
Must have affordable housing experience
Must have reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and auto insurance
