Open since 1996, the group prides itself on a friendly, accommodating culture that strongly prioritizes work-life balance while delivering exceptional care to our adult and geriatric community.Quick Look:Schedule: Part-Time. 3 - 4 days/week. Highly flexible scheduling. Clinical hours are Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM and 4:30 PM.Supportive Environment: Collegial, team-based environment where you are never running the clinic alone. Robust clinical support with dedicated 1:1 Medical Assistant ratio and an experienced nursing staff handling triage and phone calls. We support you so you can truly focus on patient care.Locations: Outpatient clinic in Fairfax, VA.Practice Overview:Broad Scope of Care: Manage a diverse adult and geriatric patient panel (ages 18+), often assisting patients with complex medical issues and multiple chronic comorbidities. See a very comfortable patient volume and unhurried appointment windows.Clinical Duties: Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care, preventative health, and routine well-woman visits (e.g., Pap smears). Procedural requirements are minimal to none (occasional suture removals or I&Ds).Modern Workflows: Step into a highly stable practice known for its flexibility; leadership is incredibly willing to work with providers to accommodate schedule adjustments.
