Regional Sales Professional-Medicaid GAPP
Position Overview and Responsibilities:
As a Regional Sales / Client Development Professional for our growing GAPP Medicaid Program (GA Pediatric Program), your primary duties include developing marketing strategies, attending events for Children with Special needs, visiting prospective client bases such as Pediatric Units, Doctor’s Offices, Children’s Hospitals, Special Needs Program Coordinators in Schools, etc. maintaining client referral sources, generating leads, converting prospects, and promoting Hope Private Care Medicaid Programs for In-Homecare Services.
You will work closely with various community organizations to promote our services and enhance our presence in the Special Needs community.The goal is to maintain client referral sources, generate leads, manage client procurement process to convert prospects to GAPP program members.
Position requires ability to communicate professionally, both verbally and in written presentations, and will involve planning events, developing, and implementing effective Client Development plans, and managing client procurement from leads and referrals,to In-Home Start of Care for client.
Additional responsibilities and Expectations include but not limited to:
Visit Home Office for Weekly Client Position / Procurement Review.
Work with Home office to plan, budget, attend various Community Events.
Develop Marketing / Outreach materials and overall client development strategies for the Greater Metro Atlanta Region.
Conduct research, participate in health and wellness fairs, attend community events, and collaborate with the marketing department to create persuasive materials.
Ability to travel around Metro Atlanta in the Region assigned, with reliable access to a personal vehicle.
Ability to work remotely and utilize Zoom, MS Teams, WebEx, WhatsApp Video, or other Video conferencing / communications technologies to present Services or follow-up presentations as might be necessary.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Prior work as a Home Health Professional a BIG PLUS!
Familiarity with GAPP and Medicaid Waiver Programs CRITICAL!!
Minimum of 2 years recent experience in Sales / Marketing of Home Health / Homecare Services, especially for medically fragile and Special Needs children under 21 years of age.
Good knowledge and familiarity with Medicaid and Waiver programs.
Ability to build rapport with patients, Client family members, Caregivers, Staff at Children’s Hospitals, Pediatric and Family Doctors, Special Needs Program Coordinators,
Demonstrate a compassionate and caring demeanor and able to multi-task. Ability to work with parents of children with special needs.
College education and strong experience with MS Power Point, Excel, Word, and presentation skills (both verbal and written).
Proficiency in working autonomously and as a remote team member

Compensation / Terms of Employment
Negotiable depending on experience, educational background, and working knowledge of Medicaid programs, especially GAPP and Programs for Special Needs / Medically Fragile children under 21 years of age.
