Come build with us.The Role:The Account Supervisor is responsible for managing deliverables and communicating between the client and the Agency on specified accounts. Under the direction of their manager, they will draft tactical plans and project briefs and work with the client and agency to reach marketing objectives. The Account Supervisor drives change to improve the agency's process/procedures and offerings all while working with junior members of the account team, mentoring and preparing them for what's to come.Responsibilities:Lead the day-to-day management of specified deliverables, and provide status reports for internal and client distributionMaintain daily contact with core marketing team and support client relationshipsEstablish regular tracking of all jobs and communicate flow of jobs throughout the agencyDevelop and maintain project budgets and overall finances, driving client reconciliation meetingsReview estimates, working with project management and approve invoices for product jobsDrive client meetings and MLR meetings, from the agency perspectiveParticipate in creative meetings and evaluate creative work prior to client submissionProvide clear direction and establish business and brand expectations for internal teamEnsure high quality agency output, reflective of consistently superior creative productMake recommendations for programs, big ideas, and incremental incomeBecome an expert in the client's business and product to form the groundwork for making knowledgeable recommendationsParticipate in research, design, analysis, and strategic development to assist the strategy teamCollaborate with team members, the broader agency and client brand teamsProvide day-to-day support to your supervisor and learn from them whenever you canManage and mentor junior staff members, providing support when neededSupport new business pitchesEnsure adherence to internal agency policies and proceduresRequirementsBachelor's degree required in a relevant field4+ years Agency or related healthcare/pharmaceutical experience requiredHCP market exp is a mustSelf-motivated, with the ability to create successful internal and external client relationshipsExperience developing tactical plans and brand initiativesExcellent writing skills and effective communication skillsStrong financial management skillsExperience working with and managing internal account, creative and cross functional agency teamsStrong organizational and multi-tasking skillsThe Bloc provides equal employment opportunity to all individuals regardless of their race, color, creed, religion, gender, age, sexual orientation, national origin, disability, veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by state, federal, or local law.
