Sweet Cow is looking for friendly, high-energy Truck Leads who can safely drive our MooMobile mobile ice cream trucks, keep things fun and deliver exceptional, seamlessly executed events.This is a hybrid role combining Truck Lead responsibilities on the MooMobile and Scooper responsibilities inside our Sweet Cow shops. You'll serve as the on-duty leader during MooMobile events and regularly work inside our Sweet Cow shops as a valued team member, supporting exceptional service, hospitality, and operational excellence. This is not a truck-only position. All MooMobile Truck Leads are required to maintain active shop availability.Able to lift up to 50 lbsAble to stand for full shiftsComfortable working in varying weather conditions (outdoor truck events)Availability Requirements• Able to work at least 3 shifts per week (15+ hours)• Open availability required.
