Role Description This is a remote contract role for a Community Engagement and Moderation professional. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the online community by engaging with members, fostering meaningful conversations, and ensuring a safe and welcoming environment. Daily tasks include moderating content, addressing community inquiries, enforcing community guidelines, and providing an excellent customer experience. You will also help create a positive atmosphere that aligns with the value of authentic connections. Qualifications Strong interpersonal skills and a natural inclination for fostering positive relationshipsExperience in community engagement and community managementExcellent verbal and written communication skillsHands-on experience in customer service practices and resolving community concernsStrong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectivelyProficient in relevant community management tools and platformsDemonstrated ability to adapt communication style to different audiencesExperience in moderating online communities and enforcing guidelinesFamiliarity with social media trends and online community behavior is a plus
