Join us!THE ROLEThe Operations Supervisor position is responsible for supporting all Food and Beverage Operations as directed by the Management Team. This role's main focus will be maintaining the operations of the concession outlets, including café, boat rentals.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONSResponsible to help oversee daily operations and execution of café, boat rentals, stewards, and catering operations when needed.Set up and preparation of all assigned locations.Check in food deliveries and verify with warehouse team.Oversee and check opening and closing duties of the Café staff and their assigned locations.Replenish and restock all food items and food related items as needed and directed by management.Prepare staff assignments and prep lists.Maintain a high level of sanitation awareness and conscientiousness.Assist management with monthly inventories.Prepare food and beverage orders for management.Responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of café area equipment and reporting any operating issues.Maintain cleanliness and organization of café and boat rental areas to be in compliance with local health codeAlways conduct self in a professional, safe, and efficient manner.Ability to follow directions precisely and consistently; maintenance of work area and proper food storage; opening and closing dutiesTrack and maintain par levels in assigned locationsAdheres to company guidelines and house rules, always exceeds guest expectations.Ability to expedite food in a fast-paced environmentLead and work to maintain the facility and all equipment to the highest standards ensuring Safety and CleanlinessWork as a team with fellow associates in the both the FOH and the BOHEnsure daily checklists are followed and completed by all café, boat rental, and steward membersAssist other supervisors in other related tasks and responsibilities as necessaryPractice safe work habits and complete company and venue safety and general compliance training.Maintain a pleasant and collaborative attitude towards customers, co-workers, and management.Adheres to the Legends Global and venue company policies.Complete other duties as assigned by management.Available to work non-traditional hours (Nights, Weekends & Holidays)QUALIFICATIONSTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty with energy and enthusiasm.
