About the Opportunity:The Data Analyst II plays a key role in transforming complex business data into actionable insights that guide strategic decision-making. This position is responsible for developing and maintaining enterprise-level reporting solutions, analyzing trends, and providing recommendations that support growth and operational improvement. The role directly influences decision-making by delivering clear, data-supported insights to leaders across the organization.3. Responsibilities:• Design, develop, and maintain Tableau dashboards, executive scorecards, and KPI reports.• Develop and optimize complex SQL queries and database objects for reporting and analytics.• Analyze large financial, operational, lending, and member data sets to identify trends and actionable insights.• Collaborate with executive leadership and stakeholders to translate business needs into analytical solutions.• Validate data accuracy and ensure integrity and quality of reporting.• Develop forecasting models and statistical analyses to support strategic initiatives.• Present findings through visualizations and executive-level presentations.• Support data governance by promoting best practices in data quality and reporting standards.• Serve as a subject matter expert and mentor junior analysts.• Participate in cross-functional projects and perform additional duties as assigned.4. Requirements:• Bachelor''s degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, Mathematics, Finance, Business Analytics, or related field; Master''s preferred.• At least eight years of experience in data analytics or business intelligence.• Advanced skills in SQL development including query optimization and complex database functions.• Extensive experience with Tableau tools including Desktop, Server/Cloud, and Prep.• Proven experience in developing executive dashboards and enterprise BI solutions.• Experience in credit union, banking, financial services, mortgage, or lending environments preferred.• Knowledge of forecasting, predictive analytics, data visualization, and presentation.• Familiarity with Python or R is desirable.• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:• Data Analyst II salary range: $89,000 to $120,000.6.
