Development Manager

They have offices across the country and operate as a smart and efficient group offering both great autonomy and opportunity to their people.Due to growth, they are looking to add a Development Manager to their Texas team. They have a major presence all throughout the state of Texas with an office location in Dallas.NOTE: This person will be working on projects in Austin and San Antonio and will be working remotely which will help minimize travel for all involved.NOTE: This is a great opportunity for that outstanding Project Manager currently working for a local general contractor to make the make the switch to the owner/developer arena and have a long-term career with an excellent company.Desired Skills:· Minimum 7 years' experience as a Project Manager in the commercial construction arena working for a highly reputable and respected general contractor.· 4-year degree in Construction Management/ Building Construction· Must be team oriented, a relationship builder, and bring an ownership mindset to their work
