Monitors the performance and work flow of the production line in one or more functions in the following areas:SafetyHousekeepingProductivityQualityProfitabilityCustomer satisfactionEssential ResponsibilitiesOperates at least one major piece of equipment on any of the packaging linesConducts minor Preventive Maintenance’s (lubrication, cleaning, inspections, and adjustments)Assist Mechanics/Line Technicians with performing Plan MaintenancePerform all daily basic safety checks and observations, quality checks, checklists, and housekeepingClear equipment jamsEnsure compliance to the recycling process of empty component boxesUtilize computer interface panels to operate the equipmentMaintain equipment and perform full changeovers, washouts, and sanitizationsAdhere to the requirements of SOP’s and GMP’sWear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment and adhere to all safety procedures as documented in the Job Safety Analysis (JSA)Report safety hazards, quality, and production issues to supervision immediatelyParticipate in all job‑related safety, quality, and equipment trainingComply with all Church & Dwight Co., Inc. policies and procedures and NJ lawsNon‑Essential ResponsibilitiesPerform other duties as assignedTrain other operators as may be requiredKnowledge, Skills, And AbilitiesAble to communicate, read, and write in EnglishTeamwork: ability to interact with employees at all levelsAbility to take and follow directionsBasic math skillsAttention to detailBasic computer skillsAbility to maintain a good safety recordEducation And ExperienceHigh School Diploma or equivalent (GED) requiredExperience in a manufacturing environment preferred but not requiredCompensation & BenefitsThe U.S. base salary range for this full‑time position is $22.95 per hour.
