Ismael, Maintenance MechanicJob Responsibilities:Perform routine maintenance and repairs on machinery, equipment, and facilities to ensure optimal performance.Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems to diagnose and resolve issues efficiently.Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and extend equipment lifespan.Respond to maintenance requests and emergency breakdowns in a timely manner to keep operations running smoothly.Install, maintain, and upgrade equipment and facility systems as needed.Keep detailed records of maintenance work, repairs, and parts inventory.Follow safety guidelines and company procedures to ensure a safe work environment.Collaborate with other departments to identify maintenance needs and improve overall efficiency.Assist in developing and implementing maintenance procedures and schedules.Ensure compliance with all OSHA and industry safety regulations.Job Requirements:High school diploma or GED required; technical or trade school certification preferred.Previous experience in maintenance, repair, or a related field (manufacturing, industrial, or warehouse experience preferred).Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, welding, and fabrication is a plus.Familiarity with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) is a plus.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs., stand for extended periods, and work in varying conditions (heat, cold, noise, etc.).Join a Team That Works for YouAt Staffmark, we're more than just a staffing company-we're your career partner.
