Construction Project Engineer - Miami, FL. United Estates, On Site
Join our growing team and play a key role in delivering high-quality construction projects. We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Project Engineer to support project execution from planning through completion in a fast-paced environment.Responsibilities:Assist Project Managers in planning, coordinating, and executing construction projectsReview plans, specifications, and submittals to ensure accuracy and complianceTrack project schedules, budgets, and progress; identify and report variancesCoordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teamsPrepare RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentationConduct site visits to monitor progress, quality, and safety complianceSupport procurement and material tracking processesRequirements:Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field1–3 years of experience in construction or project engineering (internships count)Strong understanding of construction processes and documentationProficiency in Excel and construction/project management software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project)Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skillsAbility to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environmentMust have reliable transportation and the ability to commute between the office and multiple project sites throughout South FloridaMust reside in Miami, FL or surrounding areasMust have valid and up-to-date legal authorization to work in the United StatesPreferred Qualifications:Experience with commercial or hospitality projectsOSHA certification is a plusBilingual (English/Spanish) is a plusLocation: MIAMI FLPosition: Full-timeCompensation: Competitive salary based on experience + benefitsIf you’re looking to grow your career in construction and be part of impactful projects, apply now or refer someone who would be a great fit!Please send your resume to andrea.nunez@genesisusprop.com with the subject line: CV Construction Project Engineer – Miami, FL, United Estates.https://www.genesisusprop.com/
