OverviewKendall Auto Group is seeking an Automotive Dealer Fund Administrator to collaborate with our team in the management of dealership and manufacturer marketing campaigns for our diverse group of car dealerships, including Acura, Audi, BMW, Buick, Cadillac, Chevrolet, Chrysler, Dodge, Ford, GMC, Honda, Hyundai, Jeep, KIA, Mercedes-Benz, Lexus, Mazda, Porsche, RAM, Subaru, Toyota, and Volkswagen.ResponsibilitiesThe primary responsibility of the Dealer Fund Administrator is the collection, distribution, and reporting of advertising documentation.Oversight and management of manufacturer reimbursement funds, including submission and reporting processesPreparation of forecast reportsCollection and distribution of store promotionsMaintaining, organizing, and communicating updates related to manufacturer co-op and compliance programsQualificationsBachelor's degree or equivalent experienceBasic Accounting, knowledge preferredProficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word), knowledge preferred10 key proficiency, knowledge preferredHighly organized, requiredMeets deadlines, requiredBusiness Administration, requiredProject Management, knowledge preferredMarketing Communications, knowledge preferredWorking ConditionsWorking conditions are primarily indoors, spending up to a full work shift working on PC, standing and/or walking for short distances throughout the shift.BenefitsEligible employees receive medical, dental, vision and life insurance, Paid Time Off, a 401(k) plan with company contributions, an entire family purchase plan and much more.J-18808-Ljbffr
