POSITION DESCRIPTION
Position Title: Document/Imaging Coordinator Date: August 2026
Reports To: Deposit Services Officer FLSA: Non‐Exempt
GENERAL SUMMARY
Performs various duties related to document imaging and records retention.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Complies with all Eagle Bank policies, procedures, performance and cultural standards and expectations, as well as state and federal regulations.
Performs research for Bank personnel using imaging technologies.
Document Imaging
Scans, indexes, and archives documents, including loan files, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and proper classification.
Performs quality control reviews of scanned images to confirm image clarity, legibility, and correct indexing.
Performs research for Bank personnel using imaging technologies.
Maintains document accuracy in compliance with Bank policies, internal controls, and regulatory requirements.
Troubleshoots scanning, imaging, and digitized document issues; coordinates with IT staff to resolve user technical or equipment-related problems.
Coordinates the record retention parameters set in Identifi with I.T.
Deposit Service Help Desk
Answers inbound customer calls promptly and professionally.
Assist customers with deposit account transaction-related questions.
Resolves customer issues efficiently or escalates according to established Bank procedures when/if needed.
Accurately documents detailed customer interactions, inquiries and resolutions.
Functions as the primary resource for daily implementation of the Bank’s Record Retention Policy and Program.

PREPARATION, KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES
High School diploma or equivalent required.
Minimum one year experience with document management/imaging or a related field required.
Proficient working knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices and procedures related to document/imaging technology required.
Ability to fluently read, write, speak, and understand the English language required.
Ability to adapt to changes in the work environment, manage competing demands and deal with frequent change, stress and/or unexpected events.
Proficient use of computers and technology required (i.e. Internet, PCs, MS Office, etc.).
WORKING CONDITIONS/PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Ability to communicate orally and in writing, alphabetize and collate.
Ability to proofread and check documents for accuracy.
Ability to enter words and data into a computer.
Ability to lift supply boxes and bend/reach to file records.

Pay: $22.00 - $27.60 per hour
