Are you ready to join a team that dreams as big as you do?ROLE SUMMARY:Join the Anheuser-Busch Brewery Experience as a Gift Shop Team Member at our Tour Center. In this guest-facing role, you will welcome visitors from the community and around the world, delivering excellent customer service while supporting retail operations. Team Members assist guests throughout their shopping experience, operate a computer-based point-of-sale (POS) system, and help maintain an engaging, well-organized retail environment.JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Welcome, greet, and assist guests in a friendly and professional mannerProcess sales transactions and operate a computer-based POS systemAssist guests on the sales floor by providing product and merchandise informationReplenish merchandise, restock store displays, and maintain visual presentation standardsMaintain cleanliness and organization of the sales floor in accordance with visual merchandising guidelinesPartner with the Team Leads to support daily operations and additional needsAssist during private events and high-traffic periods as requiredJOB QUALIFICATIONS:Must be at least 18 years of ageHigh school diploma or GED requiredStrong customer service and interpersonal skillsExcellent verbal communication and attention to detailAbility to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneouslyWillingness and ability to learn and use inventory management systemsAbility to work both independently and as part of a teamAbility to collaborate effectively with multiple departmentsAbility to lift and carry up to 35 pounds, including overhead liftingAbility to stand, walk, bend, lift, and carry throughout the entire shiftWHY ANHEUSER-BUSCH:At Anheuser-Busch, our purpose is to create a future with more cheers.
