Maintenance Technician

Job DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to support a fast-paced food manufacturing facility. This company has been in business for over 80 years and just finished a large expansion. They have a strong reputation for maintaining a positive, promote from within, people-focused culture.Key Responsibilities:Perform mechanical maintenance and repairs on production machinery and facility support equipment.Troubleshoot equipment as well as plant mechanical systems and develop sustainable solutions accordingly.Assist with equipment changeovers and line startups, troubleshooting issues as needed.Participates in Continuous Improvement, also provides suggestions to improve processes, and participates in team projectsQualificationsAt least 3 years experience in a Maintenance role or 3 years of experience in industrial equipment Boiler, Chiller, OR HVACStrong mechanical background in a production setting; Installation, troubleshooting and repairing gearboxes, sprocket/chains, belts, clutches, bearings, brakes, seals, and gaskets.Computer literacy at least at a basic levelIf you're a hands-on maintenance professional looking for long-term stability and growth in a thriving food manufacturing company, I want to hear from you!Contact Culynn Parks at 701.612.2724 or culynn.parks@gogpac.com
