This full-time, regular position offers a competitive salary range of $90,000 to $100,000 paid bi-weekly, with standard working hours Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm.About CBS DivisionCircuit Breaker Sales (CBS) maintains an extensive national inventory of electrical equipment including new, surplus, and reconditioned circuit breakers, switchgear, motor control, transformers, and various types of legacy power apparatus, along with hundreds of thousands of replacement parts. Our comprehensive shop services include repairing, upgrading, reconditioning, and re-manufacturing electrical equipment ranging from single circuit breakers to complete substations.Position OverviewAs an Outside Sales Representative for CBS, you will be a seasoned, hardworking professional responsible for promoting and selling a broad range of electrical power distribution products, services, and solutions within your assigned territory. This mid-career position requires a professional with proven experience and passion for selling electrical solutions, who can effectively balance maintaining existing client relationships while developing new business opportunities.Product PortfolioYou will represent an extensive catalog of products including low and medium voltage circuit breakers, switchgear, motor control, transformers, switching systems, and life-extension programs. Additionally, you'll promote innovative CBS-designed products such as remote racking solutions, electrical test products, and CBS vacuum interrupter replacement bottles. Your service offerings will include maintenance testing, engineering design work, and emergency response solutions.Territory ManagementYour well-established territory requires strategic management to maintain and grow current accounts while simultaneously developing new business opportunities. You will primarily target industrial facilities, utilities, data centers, power generation facilities (conventional, wind, and solar), and electrical contractors to sell CBS's full line of electrical testing, engineering, manufacturing, and apparatus services.Key Responsibilities Develop and execute territory sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and business objectives Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in target industries Partner with inside sales team, product specialists, and engineering team to plan, prepare, and execute complex electrical system upgrade projects Match customer requirements to proposed solutions through consultative selling approaches Create and deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations that clearly communicate our unique value proposition Manage all technical aspects of RFP/RFI responses with attention to detail and accuracy Clearly convey client needs to our engineering and production teams to ensure customer satisfaction Establish relationships with manufacturers, contractors, end-users, and engineering firms to promote CBS's full range of services Support customer accounts through sales activities, securing purchase orders, and collecting overdue invoices Maintain detailed records of all sales activities in company CRM systems Attend industry trade shows and networking events to represent Radwell International Stay current on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies Provide regular territory performance reports and forecasts to managementWork Environment And RequirementsThis position requires a willingness to travel as needed to service your territory effectively. While a Bachelor's degree is preferred, equivalent experience may be considered if you demonstrate the necessary expertise and track record in the field. At minimum, a High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
