Accident Centers of Texas is a well renowned multidisciplinary practice providing Physical Therapy and Chiropractic services to auto injury and personal injury patients.At ACT Fort Worth clinics we would like to hire Doctor of Chiropractic to help with our ongoing operations and business needs. This DC will also provide the coverage in Fort Worth locations based on the needs. Conduct patient consultations by reviewing health and medical histories; questioning, observing and examining patientsPerform manual adjustments to the spine, or other articulations of the body, to correct the musculoskeletal systemUse heat, cold, massage therapy and other methods to treat patientsObtain and record patients’ medical historiesArrange for diagnostic x-rays to be taken, and reviewing or referring x-raysAnalyze x-rays to locate the sources of patients’ difficulties and rule out fractures or diseases as sources of problemsMaintain accurate case histories of patientsEducate patients on the quality-of-life benefits of routine chiropractic careProvide a patient with educational resources and a recommended course of treatmentCreating a plan of care that focuses on the patient’s overall health and wellbeingAssessing the patient’s spine, posture and reflexes to provide the appropriate treatmentPerforming neuromusculoskeletal therapy by adjusting the patient’s spine and other jointsProviding supplemental treatments, such as massage and acupuncture to the injured areaGiving advice on lifestyle habits such as sleep, exercise and diet to improve patients’ physical healthRequirementsMust have Doctor of Chiropractic Degree and State of TX LicenseMust have at least 1 year Personal Injury and Auto Injury experienceExperienced ChiropractorsTraining in soft tissue/joint mobilization techniquesStrong oral and written communication skillsPositive, enthusiastic, empathetic, selfless personalityStrong time management skillsExperience using Microsoft Office, Excel, Google etcExperienced in using EMRMust be able to provide coverage in different clinics based on the needsBilingual is mustFull timeCompetitive payTravel Stipend in case of coverage travel between clinicsMalpractice Coverage under Company policy
