This position will be a key holder backup to store management for opening and closing of the store. Ability to use varying styles and approaches that reflect an understanding and acceptance of the role of culture in a diverse, multicultural workplace.Essential Duties And ResponsibilitiesThese duties are intended only as examples of the various types of job duties to be performed. Maintain appropriate stock levels.2. Assist in the selection of soft goods (clothing, gift, snacks, etc.).3. Assist customers online, in person and by telephone with special orders.4. Communicate a knowledge of products to customers.5. Assist with store opening and closing as necessary.6. Excellent oral and written communication skills.Required Minimum Qualifications High School Diploma/GED2. One (1) year of experience working in a retail environment3. One (1) year of experience with the planning and selection of soft goods lines (clothing, gift, snacks, etc.)Desired Qualifications Associate Degree2. Experience negotiating with vendors3. Experience providing superior customer service4.
