Junior Counsel

Position Title: Junior Counsel, CommercialLocation: US – RemoteAbout the roleLTK is seeking a motivated and collaborative Junior Counsel to join our legal team. This role is designed for an attorney early in their career, with 1–2 years of experience, who wants broad exposure to commercial, corporate, and compliance matters in a fast-growing, global startup environment.You will work closely with senior attorneys, providing legal support across LTK’s business functions while building practical skills, judgment, and hands-on experience. The role is structured and guided, offering opportunities to learn and progressively take on more responsibility as you develop.How you will make an impactLegal and Business SupportAssist in drafting, reviewing, and supporting the negotiation of contracts and agreements, primarily using standard templates and established processes.
