Payment Operations Manager

A company is looking for a Manager of Payment Operations to enhance and manage payment processes within their platform. Key Responsibilities Manage daily payment operations, including reconciliation and vendor oversight Design and document standard operating procedures (SOPs) for payment functions Identify and implement AI-assisted automation for operational tasks Required Qualifications 3-6 years of experience in payments operations or fintech Strong knowledge of US payment flows such as ACH and card processing Experience in building or improving payment operations processes Familiarity with Stripe or similar payment infrastructure Enthusiasm for using AI tools to enhance operational workflows
