Maintenance/Janitorial Person

Profile: We are seeking a skilled Janitorial/Maintenance Person to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in various maintenance tasks and possess strong leadership skills to effectively manage maintenance operations. Responsibilities: - Conduct routine maintenance tasks. - Respond promptly to maintenance requests and address issues in a timely manner. - Fabricate, weld, and perform other manual tasks as needed. - Provide excellent customer service to residents and staff members. Skills: - Proficiency in English for effective communication with team members and residents. - Strong electrical knowledge to troubleshoot and repair electrical systems. - Experience with logic controllers for equipment maintenance. - Familiarity with residential painting techniques. Schedule: Monday to Friday 7:30 AM - 3:00PM Saturday or Sunday: 8:00 AM - 1:00 PM Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $15.50 per hour Work Location: In person
