Executive Chef
We are seeking an accomplished and creative Executive Chef to lead our culinary team and elevate our Italian dining experience. As the Executive Chef, you will be responsible for curating and executing a menu that reflects both classic and contemporary Italian cuisine, managing kitchen operations, and ensuring the highest standards of food quality and presentation.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and design innovative Italian menus that emphasize authenticity and creativity.
Oversee all aspects of kitchen operations, including menu planning, ingredient sourcing, and food preparation.
Lead, mentor, and manage the kitchen team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Ensure adherence to food safety and sanitation standards.
Collaborate with front-of-house staff to deliver a seamless dining experience.
Maintain cost control and manage inventory efficiently to meet budgetary goals.
Stay updated on culinary trends and incorporate new techniques and ingredients as appropriate.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as an Executive Chef or in a senior culinary leadership role, preferably in a fine dining or Italian restaurant setting.
Extensive knowledge of Italian cuisine, including regional specialties and contemporary trends.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
Exceptional palate with a keen eye for presentation and detail.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of quality.

Pay: $100,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
