Math Instructor (Part-Time) – Spring We are hiring a Math Instructor in Spring who is passionate, friendly, and enthusiastic about helping kids succeed. This Instructor role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with students and want to make a meaningful impact through math education. No prior teaching experience is required — we provide paid training and will teach you everything else you need to know! Quick Role Summary As a Math Instructor, you will deliver one-to-one and small-group math instruction in a welcoming learning center environment. You’ll help students build confidence, strengthen foundational math skills, and develop a positive relationship with learning. This role is a great fit for aspiring teachers, tutors, college students, or anyone interested in part-time work as an instructor or teacher. What We Offer $12–15 per hour, based on experience Paid training and ongoing support Flexible part-time scheduling Supportive, team-oriented work environment Opportunities for growth and leadership development across multiple centers Purpose-driven work that makes a real difference for students What You Will Do Provide engaging one-to-one and small-group instruction as a Math Instructor Teach math concepts up to Algebra Create a welcoming, positive, and productive learning environment Motivate students and help build confidence in math Track and communicate student progress with the Center Manager and team Follow Mathnasium’s proven instructional methods Assist with daily center operations as needed Collaborate with fellow instructors and leadership Requirements Comfortable teaching math concepts up to Algebra Friendly, patient, and enthusiastic attitude Ability to connect with parents and children Experience working with children preferred (not required) Strong communication and teamwork skills Interest in a long-term instructor, teacher, or education-focused role Schedule & Availability This is a part-time Instructor position with flexible hours. Schedules vary by center but typically include: Afternoon and evening shifts Weekend availability We are seeking candidates who can commit throughout the school year.
