This is a ground-floor opportunity to deploy the clinical infrastructure of an AI technology-driven aesthetic network, before the market knows it exists.The OpportunityLead the clinical buildout of a first-of-its-kind mobile aesthetic network backed by proprietary AI-driven SaaS technologyJoin as founding CMO with equity partnershipSet the new national standard for provider-delivered neuromodulator and dermal filler careParticipate at the ground floor of a high-upside venture with aggressive national expansion roll-out plansPartnership BenefitsMeaningful equity stake in a rapidly scaling platformFounding contributor recognitionExceptional compensation structureFully flexible scheduling, remote clinical leadership modelDirect influence over clinical direction at the company levelKey ResponsibilitiesMaintain the complete clinical protocol library for neuromodulator and dermal filler servicesOversee credentialing, onboarding, and ongoing supervision of independent contractor aesthetic providers and mid-levelsMaintain safety, complication management, and quality standards across all marketsServe as the authoritative clinical voice in strategic, regulatory, and product decisionsCollaborate with the technical team on AI-assisted EHR, treatment documentation, and outcome tracking workflowsRepresent the company's clinical integrity to partners, regulators, and the provider communityQualifications·      Facial Plastic Surgeon: A specialist certified by the ABFPRS or ABOHNS focusing exclusively on surgical and non-surgical procedures of the head and neck, or·      Oculoplastic Specialist (Ophthalmic Plastic Surgeon): An eye surgeon certified by ASOPRS who specializes in plastic and reconstructive surgery of the eyelids and periorbital area, or·      Aesthetic Dermatologist: A physician certified by the ABD focusing on skin health, laser treatments, and non-invasive facial rejuvenation, or·      Cosmetic Medicine Physician: A physician focused on non-surgical facial aesthetics, often affiliated with organizations like the AAAM or ABCAM.Demonstrated mastery of neuromodulators (Botox, Dysport, Xeomin) and dermal fillers (Juvéderm, Restylane, Sculptra, RHA) as a primary, not supplemental, clinical disciplineDeep command of facial anatomy as it applies specifically to injectable treatment planningTrack record of building or overseeing provider teams and written clinical protocolsMulti-state medical licensing or regulatory familiarity a strong plusEntrepreneurial orientation; comfortable with equity-stage compensation componentsGenuine interest in the intersection of medicine, technology, and scalable service deliveryAbility to provide remote clinical oversight within a fully mobile, multi-market modelAbout Spire Group Inc.Spire Group Inc. is a technology holding company currently launching a proprietary AI-powered mobile clinical platform with national expansion plans.
