You’re out in the field building relationships, sparking partnerships, and creating opportunities that bring people through our doors. From planning events to developing outreach strategies, you turn connections into meaningful engagement—and engagement into growth.This is an on-site role.What You’ll DoEssential responsibilitiesReferral Development & Relationship ManagementProactively identify, source, and cultivate new referral partners across key channels with primary focus on synagogues, medical practices – especially neurologists and geriatricians, hospital discharge planners and healthcare/short-term rehab centers.Build and maintain strong, ongoing relationships with referral sources to generate consistent, qualified leads.Conduct regular outreach visits, presentations, and follow-up to strengthen partnerships and drive referral volume.Partner with organizations, hosting events both inside and outside of Weinberg to make presence more known to the community.Outreach Strategy & PlanningCollaborate with Community’s Marketing Outreach Specialist to ensure a coordinated approach to partnerships with organizations and agencies where collaboration is most advantageous.Develop, write, and implement an annual outreach plan with clear objectives, KPIs, and timelines aligned with organizational census goals, working closely with the sales team and their efforts.Monitor performance against targets, analyze outcomes, and adjust strategies as necessary to optimize results.Awareness-Building Activities & EventsCreate and execute targeted outreach events, professional education sessions, engagement activities, and community presentations to increase brand visibility and drive business growth.Plan and implement sponsorships, with representation at senior fairs, community events, and professional networking opportunities.Partner with Weinberg’s marketing and sales teams to support campaign ideation and deliverables.Collaboration & Internal SupportEngage internal team members—including clinical, sales, leadership, and program staff—when appropriate, to support outreach efforts and presentations.Participate in the move-in process for new residents providing administrative support in the form of document acquisition and management, as needed.Support the sales team with tours, lead cultivation, and both on-site and off-site events.Monitor supply and initiate replenishment of marketing materials and promotional items.CRM & Data ManagementMaintain the CRM to accurately document outreach activities, referral source interactions, follow-up, and reporting.Compensation$75k to $80k with potential for commission.ScheduleMonday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm.Union statusUnion membership is not an option.Who You AreEducationBachelor’s Degree from four-year college or university; and ten years related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.ExperienceSales experience is a plus.OtherExperience in senior living, health care, home care, social services, or related fields (preferred).Demonstrated success in outreach, business development, or relationship-based sales.Strong interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills.Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and manage time across multiple projects.Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools.Ability to travel locally.Excellent ability to build relationships with community leaders, professionals, and referral partners.Strong strategic planning and critical thinking skills.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong organizational skills.Passionate about non-profit organizations.Key CompetenciesRelationship-buildingStrategic thinkingPublic speakingCreativityProfessional presenceData-driven decision-makingWhy This Role RocksImpactYour work fuels everything.
