What You'll DoEnter Orders and generate purchase orders to send to vendors Follow up on Open Orders to ensure vendor confirmation and shipping information has been noted in SXe. Expedite orders as needed to meet customer’s requested ship date. Track and report Account performance levels on On Time Deliveries. Work with Account Managers to develop and execute expediting plans that meet customer’s needs. Assist with partner account process improvements and tracking. Extensive knowledge of account requirements and special situations, ability to achieve target goals. Work cooperatively with other OTC associates. Perform audits on inventory/equipment for DIRECTAIR® jobs (warehouse exposure) Offer assistance when required. Invoice Monthly Billings Track Customer Credits What You'll Need:Associate’s Degree or equivalent from two-year College or technical school; or High School Diploma with two (2) years related experience. Experience and knowledge of electrical and automation distribution. Excellent customer relation and problem-solving skills Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills Detail oriented, including accurate data entry skills Capable of working independently, as well as a team member High level office computer skills required. Microsoft Office knowledge a must. Interact with co-workers with a positive attitude to maintain a friendly and productive work environment A commitment to "doing it right the first time."
