Lead Application Support Engineer

Overview In this role within DTCC’s IT CSS WRAFT Delivery team, you help maintain stable, resilient, and secure business-critical applications that power the global financial market infrastructure. You will leverage deep production support expertise across AWS, PostgreSQL, Snowflake, IBM MQ, Linux, and related tech to lead complex incident resolution and strengthen disaster recovery readiness. You’ll implement automation to reduce manual work, improve monitoring, and minimize service disruption while enabling reliable platforms for clients and partners. This is a hands-on, impact-driven role that partners with development teams to improve design, deployment, and operational controls.
