Material Handler

Job description: We are seeking a reliable and proactive Material Handler to join our growing AI supply chain team. In this role, you will manage inventory, support production readiness, and ensure accurate logistics operations to help us deliver cutting-edge robotics solutions. You’ll play a key role in the daily flow of materials for both engineering and manufacturing teams. Location - Brisbane Schedule - 7 am - 3:30 pm (Monday - Friday) Pay - $27/hr Key Responsibilities Receiving: Inspect incoming shipments, verify contents against packing slips or POs, and report any discrepancies or damage Inventory Control: Perform daily cycle counts, maintain accurate inventory records in ERP system, and investigate inventory variances Warehouse Organization: Safely store parts and materials in designated areas to ensure accessibility and efficiency Kitting & Fulfillment: Pick and kit parts to support production build plans and engineering projects Shipping: Pack and ship outgoing packages (domestic and international), generate labels, and coordinate pickups Cross-Functional Support: Collaborate with supply chain, operations, and engineering teams to resolve inventory issues and ensure material readiness Customer Site Visits: Travel up to 20% to fulfill spares and service needs at client locations (Bay Area) Qualifications 1–3 years of experience in a warehouse, inventory, or logistics role Familiarity with ERP systems and inventory control processes Hands-on experience with forklifts, pallet jacks, or willingness to be trained Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive in solving material or shipping issues Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods Local to the San Francisco Bay Area and able to work on-site full-time Strong communication skills and team-oriented mindset Comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup environment Qualified applicants with criminal histories will be considered for employment.
