Your ability to translate ideas into compelling visual narratives will directly impact our success in winning projects.You’ll collaborate closely with directors, creative leads, and producers to translate ideas into visually rich narratives—building treatments that combine strong visual research, curated references, and thoughtful layout design.A key part of this role is the ability to source and curate cultural and design inspiration, in addition to film, commercial, and music video references. The ideal candidate has a deep passion for pushing the boundaries of design and visual storytelling and understands how to build a cohesive visual world through research and translate that research into a compelling treatment.About SixTwentySix:At SixTwentySix, we've always been driven by a passion for storytelling. We pride ourselves on being a creative studio that offers clients an unmatched experience, producing culturally relevant work and being unapologetically ambitious.Responsibilities:Design and build visually striking director’s treatments for commercial, branded content, and music video pitches.Conduct deep visual research to source references that help to shape and elevate the creative direction of treatments.Develop high-quality pitch decks and treatments for directors, ensuring alignment with each project and director’s creative goals.Contribute to strong organizational systems for decks, assets, references, textures, and templates, helping the team work more efficiently and cross-collaborativelyTranslate written creative ideas into compelling visual narratives through thoughtful layout design, typography, imagery, and motion.Ensure all creative aligns with SixTwentySix's brand and effectively communicates with target audiences.Stay ahead of design trends, AI innovations, and new commercial/music video references to keep our visual storytelling fresh and relevant.Actively engage with SixTwentySix’s brand, roster, and creative output to ensure all work reflects the company’s tone, identity, and evolving vision.Execute treatments at a high level of craft under tight pitch timelines, balancing speed with exceptional design quality.Expand and maintain SixTwentySix’s internal font library, helping build a curated, organized system of typefaces that elevates the craft and consistency of our treatments and design work.Results:Best-in-class treatments and pitch decks that directly contribute to SixTwentySix winning new business.Clear and compelling visual storytelling that allows agencies and brands to quickly understand and connect with the director’s creative vision.Exceptional design quality across all client-facing materials, ensuring presentations feel polished, elevated, and visually distinctive.Efficient turnaround on high-volume pitch work, delivering strong creative under tight timelines.An organized and easily accessible visual reference system that strengthens treatment development across the creative team.Consistently strong internal and client feedback on the quality, clarity, innovation, and aesthetic strength of our treatments and pitch materials.Contribute to creating high-quality marketing and sales content that supports lead generation efforts.Benefits + Perks: Medical, Vision, Dental Benefits with portion covered by company401k with employer matchPTO PolicyOptional WFH FridaysMonday and Friday Lunches supplied by companySalary range: $55,000 to $68,000 (Base + OT + Incentive Structure)Requirements3+ years of experience in graphic design1+ years of experience designing director’s treatments and pitch decks for commercials and/or music videosStrong portfolio showcasing expertise in layout design, visual research, visual storytelling, and art direction. Portfolio must also include examples of director treatments or pitch decks demonstrating both visual research and editorial-level layout design.Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Media Encoder), Figma, and Google Suite.A solid understanding of AI-assisted design tools and their application in creative workflows.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.Excellent organizational skills, with a keen eye for detail and design consistency.Ability to communicate and present ideas effectively, both visually and verbally.Proactive and solution-oriented mindset, with a passion for staying ahead of industry trends.Motion design experience in Figma is a plus.Core ValuesFueled by PassionBring energy & enthusiasm to everything you do.
