Location: Charlotte, NC (Preference given to local candidates) Work Arrangement: Hybrid (3 days onsite, 2 days remote) Role:We are seeking a hands-on SQL/SSIS Lead Developer to join our team. This role involves actively developing and maintaining SQL Server-based integrations. The ideal candidate possesses deep expertise in SQL Server and SSIS and thrives in a collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and implement new SQL Server integrations Optimize existing SQL Server code and SSIS packages Troubleshoot and resolve database-related issues Collaborate with other developers and stakeholders Required Skills: Extensive experience with SQL Server 2016 or above (experience with 2019 or 2022 is a plus) Proficiency in SSIS or KingswaySoft Strong T-SQL development skills Experience with database design and optimization Excellent problem-solving and communication skills Nice to Have: Familiarity with other ETL tools Experience working in an Agile environment Note: This is not an architect role, nor are we looking for BI developers.
