Sales & Customer Service Associate – PLC Rentals Full-Time | 30-40 Hours Per Week Salary: $23,184 - $60,000 ($14-$16 an hour) Potential for additional bonuses About Us: PLC Rentals is a fast-growing heavy-duty equipment rental company known for exceptional customer service and reliable, top-quality equipment. We are looking for a motivated, outgoing, and sales-driven team member who can help grow our customer base and support daily operations. Position Overview: This role goes beyond a traditional receptionist position, it’s ideal for someone with strong sales instincts, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build lasting customer relationships. You will handle customer inquiries, generate quotes, close rentals, promote add-on services, and support office operations to ensure a smooth workflow. Key Responsibilities: Engage with customers in person, by phone, and via text with a friendly, professional attitude Handle inbound inquiries and convert them into confirmed rentals Promote equipment, explain features, and recommend add-on rentals to increase sales Create and update rental agreements Process payments and maintain accurate records Provide pricing, availability, and equipment information Assist with scheduling, coordinating pickup/returns, and managing reservations Maintain customer relationships and provide exceptional service to encourage repeat business Support general administrative duties as needed Qualifications: Previous sales, customer service, or office experience preferred Strong communication and people skills with a natural sales mindset Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work in a fast-paced environment Basic computer skills (email, scheduling, invoicing systems) Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently Bilingual is a bonus Willing to learn about equipment and rental processes (training provided) Schedule: Full-time 30-40 hours per week Monday–Friday + Alternating Saturdays How to Apply: Please submit your resume through Indeed.
