As part of our continued growth, we are looking to hire a motivated and hands-on Entry-Level Application Engineer to join our Sales/Service team. This is a great opportunity for recent STEM graduates to build a technical career in a fast-growing, customer-oriented industry. *Job Summary* In this role, you will support the performance, testing, installation, and service of our optical sorters, food inspection equipment, and packaging systems. You’ll work closely with customers and internal teams to ensure optimal system performance, conduct lab testing, and provide both in-house and on-site support. The role includes frequent travel for equipment demos, installations, and maintenance. *Key Responsibilities* * Conduct sample testing, performance evaluations, and reporting in the application lab. * Assist with on-site demonstrations, installations, maintenance, and training for optical sorters, inspection, and packaging equipment. * Provide troubleshooting and technical support remotely via phone, email, or internet-based tools. * Prepare and manage technical equipment for trade shows; represent AMVT at events. * Coordinate shipment and receipt of product samples, machine parts, and equipment. * Maintain detailed service records and documentation of all technical activities. *Qualifications* * Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related STEM field. * Recent graduates are strongly encouraged to apply – full training will be provided. * Hands-on problem-solving skills with a proactive learning mindset. * Proficiency in English (speaking, reading, writing, and listening). * Professional communication skills and a customer-oriented attitude. * Willingness and ability to travel frequently for customer support assignments. *What We Offer* * Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits. * Structured training and mentorship for new graduates. * Opportunities for technical growth and career advancement. * A collaborative and supportive work environment in a fast-evolving industry.
