My client is an AI-first business that has done the hard part: the Dynamics 365 CRM is built. Now they need people who can turn a defined backlog into production features, fast. No legacy clean-up and no endless discovery. You’ll be shipping real work on Dataverse, model-driven apps, C# plugins, PCF controls, Power Automate and integrations, with a clear roadmap and the backing to deliver it. We’re hiring senior Power Platform / Dynamics 365 developers to set the direction and keep the build clean as it scales. PL-400 or PL-600 certification is a strong signal, and insurance or financial services CRM experience will put you at the front of the queue. It won’t stop at the CRM. Copilot Studio and Azure OpenAI are coming into the platform, with account summaries, relationship intelligence and next best action grounded on Dataverse data. A separate knowledge layer is being built on Azure AI Search, Document Intelligence and RAG. If you want your Dynamics experience to sit next to serious AI work, this is the place to do it.
