A background as a Substation Apprentice or Journeymen or similar field¿based role is highly valuable.They should be comfortable working across engineering, project management, and field operations, with a proven ability to coordinate stakeholders and support safe, efficient project execution. Prior supervisory or management experience is preferred to ensure effective team leadership.Technical familiarity with NESC, NEC, NETA standards, DOBLE testing, and other construction best practices is beneficial, though not required.
