This role is fully remote and is part of a large agile team.ResponsibilitiesManage team of 20+ developersProvide daily updates to leadershipConduct what if analysis on resource planning and work allocationProvide daily updates on resources, planning and deliveryTroubleshoot code as neededChallenge developers and dev leads on estimates, code quality and deliveryProvide solutions for missed schedules and code quality issuesResource planning based on outstanding work and deliverablesOwnership and responsibility for release delivery and adhere to strict timelinesQualifications10+ years of experience as a lead or managerExperience leading teams across different time zonesStrong leadership, organizational and communication skillsExperience troubleshooting Java code and working with Spring MicroservicesExperience with JS frameworks like Vue, React or AngularPrior experience working on multiple projects under tight deadlinesExperience with AWS and GCPHands on experience with DevOps and application securityGood understanding of agile project methodologyExperience with Kubernetes and containerization
