Role DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced and driven Sales Executive to join our team in Wisconsin. As a Sales Executive, you will identify business opportunities, build strong relationships with prospective clients, and effectively present B2E Solutions' HCM offerings. Responsibilities include managing the sales pipeline, meeting revenue targets, creating proposals, and working closely with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction. This is a full-time, remote role, allowing for flexibility and independence while maintaining a strong commitment to team collaboration. QualificationsStrong sales and business development skills, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.Proficiency in lead generation, relationship building, and account management.Knowledge of human capital management (HCM) software, payroll systems, and talent management solutions is preferred.Effective communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities to convey value propositions clearly and persuasively.Capacity for strategic thinking and problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency in Hubspot and Microsoft Office Suite.Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.Self-motivation and the ability to work autonomously in a remote setting, with strong organizational and time-management skills.
