ESOL Instructor

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Instructor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in instructional design, literacy education, and adult language education. As an Instructor, you will play a vital role in educating and coaching students to achieve their learning goals. Responsibilities - Develop and implement engaging lesson plans tailored to students' needs - Utilize learning technology effectively in the classroom - Provide instruction in literacy education and special education as needed - Collaborate with colleagues to enhance teaching strategies - Coach and support teachers in implementing effective instructional practices - Communicate effectively with students, parents, and staff members Skills - Strong background in instructional design and adult language education - Experience working with students of diverse backgrounds and abilities - Ability to educate and motivate students towards academic success - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Knowledge of learning technology tools and their integration into teaching practices Job Types: Part-time, Contract Pay: From $25.00 per hour Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
