Facilities Maintenance Technician

Manpower - - Responsibilities: Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on buildings, equipment, and grounds to ensure safety and operational efficiency; Maintain systems including plumbing, HVAC, electrical, carpentry, landscaping, and janitorial functions; Service company vehicles and forklifts, diagnosing and repairing mechanical issues promptly; Inspect grounds daily for safety hazards, cleanliness, and aesthetic appeal, including landscaping and snow/ice removal; Coordinate maintenance tasks with internal teams and external vendors, ensuring timely completion of work orders
