As our Production Manager, you’ll lead daily manufacturing operations to ensure we deliver on safety, quality, and performance every single day.This role is all about driving results through people—leading teams, optimizing processes, and keeping production running efficiently while upholding our ISO 9001 quality standards.🔧 What You’ll DoLead and coordinate daily production operations to hit safety, quality, delivery, and productivity goalsSet priorities, allocate resources, and keep production on trackCoach and develop Supervisors and Team Leads to build a high-performing teamChampion safety, quality, and operational excellence across the floorMonitor KPIs and take action to keep performance moving in the right directionDrive continuous improvement initiatives (lean, efficiency, cost savings)Partner with Manufacturing Engineering and Project Management on production-related projectsProvide updates and insights to the Plant ManagerSupport hiring and staffing for your teamCollaborate cross-functionally to solve problems and keep operations running smoothly💡 What Makes You Successful (Core Competencies)Strong understanding of manufacturing operations and workflowsProven ability to lead teams and drive accountabilitySkilled in prioritization and resource managementPassion for continuous improvement and problem-solvingData-driven mindset—comfortable managing KPIs and performance metricsCommitment to quality (ISO 9001) and safety standardsExcellent communication and collaboration skillsDetail-oriented with strong documentation and process discipline🎯 What You BringBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)3+ years of supervisory experience in manufacturingExperience with lean manufacturing / continuous improvement preferredFamiliarity with ISO standardsProficiency in Microsoft Office🌱 Growth & DevelopmentAt Fire-Dex, we invest in our people.
