Job Summary Clearwater law firm is seeking an experienced Legal Assistant. The ideal candidate must have 2 years in litigation support experience. Position responsibility includes all aspects of handling cases from inception to settlement and/or trial. Must have the ability to draft pleadings, answer and propound discovery, analyze and organize discovery and mandatory disclosure documents, communicate with clients and experts, schedule hearings, e‐file documents, and prepare attorney for hearings, depositions, mediations and trials.
