Assistant Community Manager

We are looking for a talented and successful Assistant Community Manager to join our team in Portland, OR - Division Street Lofts, The Fifty at Division, and Tabor View Lofts. The Assistant Manager will take the lead on administrative duties, while providing coaching and training opportunities to the staff, in partnership with the Community Manager. Essential Functions Generate interest in the community by touring the property with prospects as you answer questions about the numerous amenities, local community and beautiful grounds Facilitate the prospect application process by collecting appropriate information, initiating background checks, compiling files, and maintaining appropriate prospect contact Provide detailed move in information to incoming residents Process financial move outs/sets up payment arrangements if needed Process any/all payments and update Entrata with daily notes Reviews/approves applications Assists with any customer complaints Plans resident events Assist with coordination of work orders, fulfillment of resident needs, and facilitate communication to the maintenance staff and/or management as necessary Deliver a consistently high level of service to residents to exceed their expectations, while maintaining resident retention What we are Looking for… 1-3 years relevant property management experience required Excellent customer service skills with a strong attention to detail Basic leasing knowledge- including Fair Housing Laws Able to work in a fast-paced, self-directed, entrepreneurial environment Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite Must be able to work weekends The Perks Competitive pay and 401K with employer match 100% health insurance coverage for our employees 3 weeks of paid time off and 9 paid holidays 16 hours of volunteer PTO to give back through IDM Cares Inclusive Parental Leave Annual Education Allowance Health and Wellness Programs Collaborative, team fun To learn more about IDM Companies and why we are such an awesome place to work, please visit our website at https://idmcompanies.com/ *bonus will be paid out after completing 90 days of employment Job Type: Full-time Pay: $24.00 - $28.00 per hour Schedule: 8 hour shift Work Location: In person
